Discover Evening Level 1
£45 per person

For those who have done SRI workshop Level 1, this evening will use the first three SRI stages as a tool to experience greater connection with your body.   The group experience of SRI assists you to more familiarity of and fluency with Level 1 - Discover. 

It's not fun to be in pain, to feel angry or stuck in life.  You have a choice
1) to stay feeling stuck and repeating the same things or
2) learn what's going on so you can feel or do something better. 
Immerse yourself in Level 1'Discover' the smart way.

This event will include group SRI and an entrainment in level 1 of care.
