Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) is a technique which uses focus movement and breath to connect the mind and body.  Level 1 (Discover) is perfect for patients new to Vibrant World who are learning to collaborate with their body even if it is in pain, feeling stuck, angry, or depressed.

Regular practice of SRI helps you feel more grounded, present, energised, flexible, confident and creative.  It also deepens the results of your NSA entrainments and is an ideal take-home tool for your ongoing wellbeing.
